andy and i went to the stanford-ucla game at the rose bowl last saturday night... it was a total rout, and half the time i was fearing for my life as we were seated in the heart of bruin territory up in the nosebleeds... but it was pretty awesome to be at a college football game again.
in case you were wondering, he didn't wear blue to be ornery and traitorous to his gf's alma mater... we were planning on buying a stanford sweatshirt at steve&barry's before the game, but were obviously thwarted. i just realized i have very little in the way of school-spirited clothing...... no red anything! must remedy situation.......... though it's not like i'll have another bowl game to worry about anytime soon. :P
ah well. guess i'll be rooting for michigan this year, as my school has left me with very little to root for. GO BLUE! ;)
